Chocolate Lava Cake
This recipe requires basically the everyday items that we all use. CASTOR SUGAR that can be used for coffee, EGGS for frying, BUTTER for cooking, ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR because you're expected to ALWAYS have it with you if you're an avid baker, and CHOCOLATE because it's one of the best things in the world!
While baking this cake, I actually used normal sugar instead of castor sugar (castor sugar is just a finer version of normal sugar) because I ran out of it :( but it still turned out pretty well! Just make sure to whisk it a little longer so that the sugar gets incorporated :D
I realised that the recipe required 20 minutes of baking. However, the interior was still cooked a little more than it should have been, and it didn't result in the majestic flow of chocolate lava :(( so I suggest that you might want to bake it for about 18 minutes first and check if the exterior is baked, and you're good to go! It also depends on your preference also, if you like it more wet or more baked.
I strongly encourage you guys to try this recipe out! I had a ton of fun making this + eating it :D
NOTE: IT IS BEST SERVED WITH A SCOOP OF ICE CREAM
